With hands-on experience across mechanical systems risk assessment, concrete plant operations management, and fluid mechanics hazard identification, Wei specialises in integrating safety into engineering processes before risks reach the workplace. His approach focuses on design-phase risk elimination and operational safeguarding that prevent incidents at their source.
